Our mentoring program pairs at-risk youth with caring mentors who provide encouragement, share valuable life skills, and help navigate challenges. Together, we foster resilience, build confidence, and empower young people to achieve their dreams.


A.N.G.L.E.R Program
Our college and career guidance program is designed to assist students in navigating the complexities of their academic and professional paths with the support of a dedicated personal life coach. This program focuses on six key elements: Acknowledge, Notice, Guide, Lead, Empower, and Relationships, collectively known as A.N.G.L.E.R.

By integrating these six elements, A.N.G.L.E.R provides a comprehensive and personalized approach to college and career guidance, helping students identify and achieve their goals while developing the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their chosen fields.

Acknowledge: We start by recognizing each student’s unique strengths, interests, and challenges, laying a strong foundation for their journey.

Notice: Students are encouraged to observe and reflect on their experiences, enabling them to gain insights into their aspirations and areas for growth.

Guide: With tailored advice and resources, life coaches help students navigate academic options, extracurricular activities, and career exploration, ensuring they make informed decisions.

Emotional and Social Groups
Our program is designed to provide vital emotional and social support to youths facing challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, and social isolation. By creating a safe and welcoming space, we empower young people to express themselves freely, build meaningful social connections, and cultivate essential coping skills, all while developing positive relationships with peers and mentors.

Participants in the program are paired with dedicated mentors who offer emotional support, guidance, and positive role modeling. These mentors play a crucial role in helping youths navigate their challenges, providing a listening ear and practical advice tailored to each individual's needs. The mentor-mentee relationship fosters trust and encourages participants to open up about their struggles, enabling them to feel understood and valued.
In addition to one-on-one mentorship, the program includes group activities and workshops focused on key areas such as emotional regulation, resilience building, and conflict resolution. These sessions create opportunities for participants to connect with their peers, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment. Bridging the Gap Program

Positive Professional Behavioral Coaching and Therapy
Our program is specifically designed to assist young people who are at risk of engaging in negative behaviors and facing difficulties in their personal and professional lives. Utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies, we empower these youths to develop positive behaviors, enhance their emotional and mental health, and ultimately achieve their goals.

The program combines one-on-one coaching sessions with group therapy, both conducted by professional coaches and therapists who specialize in youth development. In the coaching sessions, we focus on cultivating essential life skills such as time management, goal setting, and decision-making. By providing personalized guidance, we help participants create actionable plans to reach their aspirations and foster a sense of accountability.
